I’m the founder of KTLB, I’m a very lucky husband and ‘dog father’ to 2. I’ve accrued over 18 years’ experience of developing people and teams. The essence of my job is to ‘get people thinking about things they might not have thought about’, which in principle seems straightforward. I’m always ready to challenge and support people who know that something’s not working, are willing to talk about it truthfully and want that something to be better. A willingness is the greatest catalyst for change.
Bits of paper wise…I’m a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), Institute of Leadership and Management (Level 7) executive coach, Member of the International Coaching Federation and SDI 2.0 Relationship Intelligence facilitator. I’m a Member of the British Mountaineering Council and have completed my Mountain Leader Training and taking my Assessment in 2022, which will mean we can start heading up some mountains as well!
8 years’ experience of making people smile and chasing things (thankfully he’s lost that all important yard of pace now though), he’s a secondhand ex Dog’s Truster and living proof you can rebuild confidence and trust if you’re prepared to.
He’s the best free therapy there is and provides a daily reminder that we must work hard every day to try and become the people our dogs think we are!
With nearly 8 years’ experience of having more front than Blackpool, she’s another second hander and was drafted into the team as part of project ‘Help Frank settle in’. She’s an excellent problem solver and full-time food burglar.
She’s daily proof that joy is something dogs do best, living in the moment is some of the best medicine and there’s always a route to the biscuit box the humans won’t have considered.
She’s just joined the team and is our lead ‘Horses for Courses’ facilitator. Standing at over 7ft 6” to the tip of her ears and weighs in at over half a ton.
Hope is a gentle giant and listens brilliantly, providing you’re prepared to learn and speak her language. She loves carrots and hates single use plastic bags.
